Spotify tasked us with developing a fan-first strategy for their social platforms helping them move beyond artist-led content to build deeper cultural relevance with Gen Z music fans.

I developed a full strategic framework positioning Spotify as the “Biggest Fans’ Biggest Fan”  mapping the fan spectrum, identifying needs across fandom tiers, and designing new content pillars around Discover, Connect, and Co-Create.

Delivered as a toolkit to guide future content and cultural moments, the work outlined how Spotify could show up more credibly in fandom spaces not just as a platform, but as a true fan alongside its audience.
