ADIDAS X BAPE

For the upcoming Adidas x BAPE collaboration, I developed the cultural strategy to position the partnership at the center of football culture in North America. 

Through deep dive research, I identified how both brands can authentically show up during the World Cup moment, highlighting key opportunities and sparking creative territories for campaign and IRL activations. 

My work served as a strategic springboard for the creative teams to build an era-defining collaboration that merges streetwear, football, and community.
